Description teIn the Spring Semester of 2024, the Olivia and Leslie Foundation launched its visual arts education curriculum at Johnson Park School in Princeton, New Jersey as part of the School’s after school program. This integrated Arts + Math curriculum is designed to foster creativity, problem solving and self-confidence in young students. This collaboration helps the Olivia and Leslie Foundation to further their mission and commitment to making high-quality arts education accessible to all children.
This program focuses learning and development through a sense of art and math. This curriculum encourages problem solving and self expression.
The initial curriculum was developed by leading arts educators and will continually evolve, based on analysis and research of its impact on students. The Foundation has partnered with Maker Prep, an organization devoted to supporting computer science and arts education. Learn more about our program in Princeton or read our press release here.
